Buyers beware! The finishes might look great but the work behind the walls is poor. During the remodel/flipping they relocated a laundry room and nothing was done correctly, so we had to spend $10k fixing the plumbing and venting issues plus refinishing the walls.

This place will cold text you and then low ball your property. The offers they provide are, in my opinion, predatory. If you receive an offer, just cross check it with a trusted real estate agent or even Zillow/Redin estimates to get real valuation.

And to respond to the owner, no you don't. You offered me 30% under current valuation found on Zillow. If you were reputable you wouldn't be buying client lists to cold call people.
