My husband and I came in today to open a joint bank account. As well as an account for our daughter. We were greeted with a kind smile as we approached the door. Right away we were introduced to Matthew. He was so kind and helpful. Such a great experience! I’m so happy to have found a great location

Love this Navy Federal Credit Union. It is centrally located in South Orange County. They have a courtesy desk that can usually answer any questions you have, three teller boxes, and four desks with bank employees that can help with banking needs. The ATM outside is perfect for quick cash or fast deposit. There is also a computer kiosk that can help answer questions and an express deposit slot where you can deposit checks inside to make sure they get them in hand. There has never been a wait when I come here to take care of my banking needs and the staff is super friendly.

Very nice Nave Fed location. I came in today Monday around 9:20 am to open up an account with them, unfortunately I was not able to, but regardless, the staff was very welcoming, helpful, and kind.

ATM located up front. Good amount of parking.

Only complaint that I would have, is the Navy Fed website in general (Nothing to do with this location in particular). It wasn't very responsive, I tried it on an iPhone, laptop, desktop, also used chrome and safari.

This navy-federal location is terrible! The waiting time is bad and the service is poor. This is definitely the worse navy fed branch of all the branches I’ve been. Even the LA branches in the hood are better!

I like navy fed. But This is worst navy federal branch customer service. My wife and I drove 35 minutes to get cashier check for apartment bill and she said sorry “we closed” at 5:02.

Went to pick up a check for my pre-approved car loan. Other financial institutions could learn on the efficiency and customer service that NFCU Mission Viejo provides. Instead of having to wait for someone, Tony, who initially greeted me, was able to validate my credentials and get my paperwork in order versus waiting in another line. So glad I went with NFCU and appreciate the professionalism and service of Tony.

My experience in this branch is always wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and customer service oriented. For my auto loan as well as mortgage consultant they did their best job. I am always happy to visit this branch. Thanks all staffs working out there.

THESE PEOPLE RUINED MY LIFE
They typed in my social security number wrong and now I can’t get a loan and they refuse to fix it without an actual ss card and I don’t have and can’t get one before 2weeks to 4months all because their teller wasn’t paying attention
