Are you a vet? THANK YOU! I'm not, but I never discount how you've served our greater good. Unfortunately, Navy Federal does not. They closed 4 accounts I had with them, well into 5-figures, because I dropped the f-bomb with an outsourced CSR in Florida last year. When they took this nasty action upon me, they neither communicated this in real time nor attempted to contact me. Instead, they disabled my online account. It took me weeks to figure out what they'd done until I hired an attorney who set parameters and I was 'granted' my cash via multiple cashiers checks on new years eve. Horrific, intentional service which perpetuates 3 months later with the apparent sale of my dividends (which they NFCU rightfully owes me). Yo Navy Fed: keep your dividend payments & gfy. I'll discuss w/your lovely mgr in Lacey with whom I am on the same page.

Navy Federal is a Five Star Company. I am giving the HQ one star to bring attention to a yet unaddressed IT glitch. Log in passwords on their Digital Banking page do not allow for certain special characters that some passwords contain.

Online customer service might as well originate from the streets of some depressed underdeveloped country as their credit card department's inability to handle simple account change requests verge on the absurd.

I used Navy Federal for my daughters 529 college fund program. The worst service ever. Good luck getting them to call you back. They charged 90 dollars a month to lose over 2600.00 in less than 6 months while the stock market is booming. I highly recommend USAA as they do not charge you monthly and in less than a month 459.00 positive return. I believe Navy Federal third party investment firm bought on political reasons as he seems to not support US companies and instead buying overseas when the us is the only one with a positive growth. Sounds like his political views is determining what stocks to buy. Besides the fund he placed us in 10 year return was less than one percent.

Navy Federal has gone down the drain in the past 10 years. For veterans and active duty USAA offers better rates and customer service. Don't waste a credit check through Navy Federal go to USAA or another bank first. I don't know what has happened to NFCU since 2008, but now they are my last choice for any loans or banking needs.

I use this location and the staff are very welcoming and professional. This is also their headquarters. They are one with this community and have a walking trail around the building. They also put in a outside gym for everyone to use. They get food trucks during the week and conduct fun run's through out the year, that everyone can join.
