They reached out to me to offer better rates and I made the mistake of hearing them out. After claiming the new plans were approved and I paid for them, and then helping me cancel my other policies, they later came back not approving the most affordable of my three new plans with them. I had 60 days to find coverage with someone else. We have excellent track record so this was rediculous. They based this decision off of information they already had. This caused me to lose my previous coverage and rates with AllState and worse, I wasted hours and hours over many days with them and other carriers to get quotes. I’m finally back to covered with the same insurer AllState who took me right back with exceptional service. What a hassle. Horrible experience.
