My wife and I have lived in these apartments since 2014. I cannot even tell you how many different owners or office/property managers we've seen during this time. Each one has been somehow worse and more unprofessional than the last, with the exception of our current office/property manager and maintenance. Mahamudur and A.J. are awesome, very professional and have excellent communication. I can honestly say they are always actively walking the property and are proactive when dealing with questions, complaints, issues, etc. For these two, and these two alone, I will give a great rating. Thank you for improving the property as a whole and thank you for the hard work that each of you do. It does not go unnoticed.

I've lived here for almost 10 years and have seen so many people mange this place it's been unreal. Granted the new is polite I will say that. But as for the complex it self that's a whole entire situation. First there is 1 dumpster for over 40 units as most all of the apartments before the townhouses they dump all their trash in it and it's full nearly all the time. Not to mention the flooding issue where the concrete wall use to be which is now filled in with sand bag sand. Which the water still comes into the parking lot. As I lost a vehicle due to this place because it was flooded with water in January of 2024. To which we were told it was an act of God. Not even close to that seeing this has happened many many times. Everything anyone does annoys another neighbor it's just not worth it. We are hoping to move soon. I can't say I wish this place on anyone. Now as I said the property manager is nice and I can't say anything bad about him. It's just the complex as a whole.dont waste your money or time.
