The representatives have very little information on what they are doing. 1 month for an application to be signed but nobody is in the office or corporate. 3 days till move when they decided to decline us.. 1 month people for denial after telling me we were in.

I work in the apartment industry and had a very hard time with one of the complexes to get a rental verification from their resident. I have called to make a complaint to their management company after being spoken to very rude and getting hung up on this company told me "my staff is not rude". So the property must be following in their management companies footsteps, because every person I've spoken to has been rude. Their resident was also denied a copy of they own ledger and lease. Sad excuse for a management company and terrible complex.

Unprofessional inexperienced ignorant and not to mention extremely rude owner and personell they have no empathy or remotely care about any of your concerns or clients for that matter don't waste your time trying to go or call this place nothing will be done in this so called corporate office clearly they have no idea of the responsibilities that come with a corporate office so sad That they won't even take the time to listen instead of being dismissive right away awful awful experience.
