I have always been greeted with the best warmst service. They are very considerate and always smiling. They know how to do whatever you need. They are upfront with what they can and can not do and in a very timely manner. A very good bank all around.

The bank's customer service was abysmal, marked by rudeness and condescension. Their treatment, akin to speaking to me as if I were a child, was particularly egregious when I was merely trying to assist my teenage son in opening his first account. Such behavior not only tarnished our experience but led to the loss of two customers, as we promptly decided to take our business elsewhere. A disappointing encounter indeed.

Getting more frustrated with this bank! Told them I had unauthorized charges and was told they would file a dispute. And it was never taken care of:/ now days later, I’m checking In on it and being told, it will be taken care of now while I sit here out of money that should’ve been handled by them already.

I have always had wonderful experiences at choice bank. However, today I walked in and Maggie Lind was my bank teller. She was not friendly and had the nerve to ask if “I was a customer here”. I did not feel welcomed and she didn’t know how to print off my checking account and routing number. I feel this is basic knowledge a bank teller should know. Not happy with my experience today and would like a manager to speak with Maggie about her treatment of ALL customers.

I would give this bank ZERO stars if I could. They are beyond slow, I've waited 15 minutes in the drive through before when no one else was inside. The young gentleman is always nice and really seems to try to hurry, however, the middle aged lady with black hair is beyond rude. She has horrible communication and doesn't seem to understand simple questions being asked of her. Do yourself a favor, go ANYWHERE else in Oshkosh for your banking!

It doesn't get much better than Chad Miller when it comes to Mortgage Lending. I work with a number of Investors and when they work with Chad, the closing always goes great. Chad is very knowledgeable, responsive and communication is never a problem. Great rates and closing costs.

I recently opened a account at this bank about 2 weeks ago with no issues. passed the chex systems verification. They just called me today to tell me they are closing my account because they ran my credit report and because of my history the opted to close it. terrible customer service and bank!!!
