I've been a fan of NobleBank for many years! After my father died, my mother had a lot of trouble with the bank she and my father used. After a few conversations with the staff at two of the branches, we moved all of her accounts to NobleBank as well. The staff is extremely helpful on all fronts. The checking account options include a cash back feature, the mortgage department is a breeze to deal with, and the loan staff will help with any need you have come up. Bank with them! You won't regret it!

The customer service is top notch. I very seldom have any problems, but the few times I have (that were no fault of the bank's), they have been quick to respond and resolve the matter. I 100% recommend NobleBank!

I've had account here for close to 7 years , I was never contacted or warned my account was about to get close out . I've had alot of activity with this account I don't know what happened, all I know is that I received a check in the mail and letter that my account was close . I was about to open a business account with them like 2 or 3 weeks before this happened, they never mentioned it. Also their was some foul play done towards my mother also . So idk I really know what to say but at first this bank treated me very good , but most of my business was done at Anniston and Jacksonville office. It was the Piedmont office i had issues with. But
I really hate to end this relationship like this and love to talk to someone who could give me a little more information about what happened. The Piedmont office hung up on me one time also when I was looking for information about the account so maybe something personal idk , I've been around this area all my life . Anyway if I don't get to speak to anyone no hard feelings, but I wanted to leave with a honest comment. I've believe in Jesus Christ I forgive all

Noble Bank did not have my back during a chargeback dispute even when all my evidence was clear and they did not provide me with my options of arbitration or appealing. I had to babysit them to even get the dispute submitted to the appropriate party and then the reason given wasn't even the reason I gave for the dispute. The merchant tried to hide behind the "no refund policy" and Noble Bank pretty much helped them rip me off. If I buy a pair of 14k gold earring from Ebay and the seller sends me something from a quarter machine, that's okay? That pretty much sums up how I felt and Noble Bank confirmed that that's okay behavior for merchants. The merchant had no address or contact info to even lead on they are a real business. I guess anyone can get a card processing account and provide no information and just start running cards. If you ever need to submit a chargeback make sure you know everything because Noble wont help you. They couldn't provide me no information during the process but boy did they sure send me bills almost daily. If you total up all the paper and postage you spent sending me all those bills you'd be paid.

Very friendly people and I love the cash back with no monthly fees, but the app is horrible, even after the most recent updates. The system doesn't store the preferences of passcode or fingerprint, nor does it save the username after every session. The app has prompted me reenroll in mobile banking 19 times since I opened my checking account 2 months ago. It did the same with my old Pixel phone, my brand new Samsung phone and my son's old and brand new IPhones. So I know it's not a device issue.
