If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! Horrible experience this year!
Dropped off my taxes and sons taxes 1st week of February .
After a dozen phone calls NOT returned
and physically going in and getting NO help /info on April 14th.
Had to physically send someone else in while I’m at work to try to get my taxes on April 17 and they were given to him owing $900. No conversation, no planning nothing. Oh, and guess what nobody ever got my sons done and they’ve closed for staff appreciation for a week. HA so now we have no W-2s no way to do his taxes and they’re closed to appreciate themselves Horrendous !! Don’t use them unless you enjoy terrible service and constant frustration

I’ve been coming here for 10 years. Never had a bad experience. Jeff, Roxanne and his staff are very knowledgeable. They have grown a lot over the years and have never let me down on my taxes.

Used to recommend them to everyone but they really put extra stress on an already stressful 2020. Went here a few years and before covid they were great. Then they just stopped being helpful and put me and many others through the ringer. Really frustrating experience and I'll never trust them with my finances again after so much time without any answers. Thought they didn't even file for me for months which is crazy unacceptable. Had to go through a lot of hoops to figure out anything had been done with all the data and paperwork I submitted early in the year. The lack of communication and professional that last year really shocked me. They used to be so good! I had intended to stick with them for a long time but... I cannot stress enough how much extra stress they added to my life over taxes and it wax completely unnecessary. Shame too because Jeff is very knowledgeable. Think they just got in over their heads and it effected a lot of people negatively.

Never go to these people. Twice I gave all my paperwork to Jeff Agustine and the guy did nothing.. No joke, nothing. The first time he put off doing my taxes to the last minute then gave my case to another accountant that I am still with to this day (she left the firm and now operates her own office). The second time my father passed away and I was the executor of his will, Jeff had ONE paper he had to process that he said would take two weeks. Three months later after leaving messages and no word back, I stormed into his office only to find the guy wasn't there on a monday (or any day it would seem) and got the file (that nobody could find that day) sent to me the next day so I could bring it to another accountant a few days later. Well, this is the same day that I got the settlement check and thanks to the lying blithering idiot Jeff Augustine I have to put everything off for a bit.

I wouldn't let the guy mow my lawn.

Absolute tax service is the ticket, she doesn't do estate taxes.

Never follows through, called 4 times this week. Mistake was made by this individual on 2015 taxes, tried to say someone stole tax identification. We have tried to resolve this but this professional form producer person is a procrastinator of the first order. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable tax preparer or a CPA. I know I will

Dropped my Taxes off 6 weeks ago and every time I call I just get more excuses and no phone call back. I’m sure I will be penalized by IRS thanks a lot!!!
