Not quite sure how this place has 5 stars. This place is full of employees who love to commit FRAUD. They were supposed to send my mother in law a check in EXCESS OF $50K at the beginning of January, they never sent it. After calling everyday for 2 weeks they FINALLY sent it FedEx, but oddly enough, it never showed up. They tried to refuse to re-issue the check because "they already issued a check off cycle" they supposedly cut and overnighted a new check on February 7th, but they absolutely REFUSE to provide a tracking number. Today she's told that because she's been following up so much, they probably sent it via snail mail because she annoyed THEM. They are INTENIONALLY withholding a large sum of money because they're "annoyed." Basically stealing her money because they can't do their job correctly the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th time. I don't know what kind of sketchy situation this company thinks they're running, but if you have ANY OTHER option for where to hold your money, choose one of those other options!!!
