I normally never do reviews, but this bank branch is the worst. They were very rude to me and there banking system is so old and outdated. I would never recommend this bank or the East Brunswick Branch if you want good customer service.

The staff is amazing, always so helpful. Willing to go the extra mile for their customers. It depends upon which assistant manager is working at the branch, though.

They are rude, no one knows what they’re doing. I tried to enroll for mobile banking or online Banking they couldn’t even help me set it up. I provided them with all my information and they double question me about it. It’s very upsetting to see a good bank go to S**t because of the employees
