Slowest service ever!!! Do not go to Northwest Federal credit Union, unless you have half the day to waste. Each time I have gone there has been a weight of 10+ minutes to make a straight payment on a car loan with a check with the account number written on it and, a slip that they printed indicating all of the account details. Today, May 24, at 9 AM. I was the first person in line. I still had to wait 10+ minutes. I wish I could say this was the exception, but it happens every time I go. What are they doing? It is never busy when I go. I just don’t understand it.
