THIS BANK IS A FRAUD!! I had an auto loan over 7 years ago and I received a letter in the mail saying my account is still open which should have been closed when I sold my vehicle. I can’t login to my account which I had saved on my computer and unable to have my password or username reset. When I call I never get a call back. Please stay away if you want to save yourself a life long of annoyance. All I want to do is just close my account and I can’t and am being charged for it.

This place rocks! I got an account with them in 2008 and have used them a TON over the years for loans and such. I cannot say that I have ever had one bad experience over the years. 15 years strong and going. I've thought about going the Bank of America route or Wells Fargo route but never did and probably never will unless I move away and require access to a local bank or whatever. Not planning that anytime soon. If you are interested in a smaller branch, personal-type bank that treats you well and as a person, I recommend giving them a shot. Nothing to lose other than your time is all. You won't be disappointed!

Northwestern Federal Credit Union was so friendly when we walked in lto their beautiful lobby this past Saturday morning, to open a new account. Excellent company for financial services. Have had multiple loans, secured and unsecured. Currently have certificate of deposits with excellent rates, and rewards checking that offers easy reward requirements. Been a member for over 10 years, and they have always provided competitive rates and great service. Whatever life throws my way, I know I can count on my credit union. Always refer family and friends who are looking for a credit union that will be there for a lifetime.

Instead of contacting you to make sure your insurance meets the requirements of your auto loan they’ll just charge you 4k in protection insurance that only protects them them they may or may not refund it in my case it was just half of it. Ridiculous these people are criminals and could care less about their customers
