I like this homeowner association, because they are very nice front office clerk, and always listen to the homeowner’s issues. I really impressed with the board members to keep my community clean, and safe with manageable fee. Keep up the good work NRP.

This company is terrible. I got a parking pass and was charged for it, but instead of collecting the payment upfront, they billed it to my account, allowing late fees to pile up. They claim they notified me, but I never received a call—just an email saying I was late. Meanwhile, their portal always shows a zero balance because it only reflects condo and HOA charges.

If you want to check what you owe—if anything—it’s a frustrating process. Their statements lump everything into a single total without itemizing charges, leaving you guessing. The customer service is useless—if you can even reach someone. This company is shady and seems more interested in profiting from confusion and late fees than providing clear information. These people need to be brought to court.

As someone who previously served as an HOA board president, if negative stars were possible, I’d use them.

In my personal opinion, and based on feedback from neighbors, this company seems more focused on punitive measures than on educating or assisting the community. I’ve personally observed several errors since they started, and, given my experience, would not recommend them.

Our community brought on NRP as the community manager just a few months ago. Since then, NRP has completely dropped the ball on something as simple as getting community trash cans emptied. The trash has piled up and has attracted unwanted pests.

The managing agent assigned to our community, Amanda Green, has ignored multiple calls and multiple emails, leaving us without answers. We thought that having NRP as our community manager would bring positive changes to our community — but, so far, we were wrong.

EDIT: After receiving one email from our managing agent saying that the trash problem would be rectified yesterday, the problem has yet to be fixed. Our managing agent has ignored two follow-up emails and a phone call. Her supervisor has also ignored a phone call.

I truly wish no stars was an option. My husband & I are moving out of a condominum that they manage. I have tried multiple times via phone call, emails, etc. to reach out to Ms. Brieanna LeMelle & request that we reserve the elevator for our movers. Over 6-7 emails/calls & NO RESPONSE.

After reading other reviews, this seems like a recurring problem.

The ladies in reception are very sweet & professional when I call to inquire as to why I have not received a call, but my request still falls on deaf ears.

I certainly understand being busy, as I too work in customer service, however when days go by with no response, the question arises as to why the HOA board is using such a lackluster management company.

Thankfully we are moving out from underneath them but still.. pisspoor management & response.

Don’t work with this company. They are thieves. Management is rude and irresponsible. They are not professionals. I have caught them stealing my money from my account. Caitlyn Wheeler is rude and not professional at all. Zero star for this company.

I would give zero but that was not an option. The worst management company. They manage my community. HOA BOARD MEMBERS, if your shopping for a management company please stay away from NRP Partners. They were okay for the first 6 months we started using them but then the service has gone down dramatically in past 2 years. Even the board members from our community are unhappy with NRP. You can never reach anybody there, it always goes to a voicemail and they never return calls. They probably have way too many properties and not enough staff. Do not use this company.

I actually give no stars for NRP and staff, you have to in order to post. For all those with rave reviews of NRP, I would like to know who is your property managers, as that is what makes the difference. The manager we have doesn't call back to those she doesn't want to talk with. Work orders have been held up, putting that on others (excuses). When asked about money being shifted, she skirts the issues with half answers. Delinquent on payments to contractors (as I've been told) along with timing of work orders. My concern is solely for the betterment and engagement of the community. I don't have a feeling this property manager has focus or clarity of what is needed. Their website content management is like that of the 80's absolutely horrible, unfortunately.
