We have been renting from NWA Elite Property Management for one year. This honestly has been the best rental experience I have had. I’ve been a renter for many years. I’ve received responses with management, Dale, upon communication emails/texts. When it comes to maintenance, the maintenance team is quick and they actually fix the issue! Other places I’ve rented, the communication from management was not great and things did not get fixed or were not fixed in a timely manner.
The App used to pay rent, maintenance requests, and to contact management is great! Very user friendly. We are renewing our lease and look forward to another year! Great job to Dale and his team!

Really happy with this company. They are always quick to get back to any questions or requests. The few times we have had a maintenance issue they were really quick to get someone here. We just signed another lease and have no plans on leaving anytime soon.

Have been renting from them for a while and they go above and beyond. Last year when the washer and dryer went out they quickly replaced it with an even better one. I can't say enough wonderful things about them and Dale is awesome, especially during bad weather with all the reminders.

Toured a property a few days ago that I am my housemates fell in love with. We went home and discussed and called that same night to discuss some the property and steps moving forward. No one answered so I left a message. Gave it a day, no call back. Called again two days later, same situation. I have called 5 times and left two messages at this point. My roomate called this morning, they picked up immediately and the house is already spoken for. Tried to call again and figure out what was going on, sent to voicemail again. Disappointed at the lack of communication more than anything.

We were in need of a place to move into as our current living situation had become intolerable. Went looking and found one of their rental properties in Bella Vista. Unfortunately, the one we looked at had just been rented that morning while we were looking at it. We asked the manager and he informed us if we could wait a week or two the one across the street would be available. We did and moved in as soon as it was. Thank you!
