They NEVER respond. I am incredibly disappointed with the service especially to their signed on residents. They need to be reported for the terrible communication.

The apartments are roomy and perfect for college students, the best ones I could find in the area. However, the office staff is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. From day one we have had issues with them responding or even answering, I emailed weeks ago with questions about my unit and have not heard back. The phone calls are never returned or even answered in the first place. We’ve been told multiple times our broken windows and other repairs would be done and have not heard a thing back. Absolutely horrible customer service from everyone except the maintenance men, if you can get them to come. I’m not sure if this is a staffing problem or what. The elevator was supposed to be fixed over 6 months ago and is still down. We had to call an ambulance for an emergency and they were surprised to know the elevator was out of service and when they asked where the other one is, I had to explain there is not a back up one to which they called a safety hazard. Awesome units, but I honestly wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

i scheduled a tour and no one showed up, no one answered my email, no one answered the phone and got no follow up. really stupid and pathetic service. would give 0 stars but glad i didnt get the place

I cannot get a hold of anyone there to set up a tour of an apartment at Bishop's Place. Tried email and phone. I can only imagine what the tenants go through.

I would give 0 stars!!!
Poor management, maintenance. They do not give you direct answers and probably wont even answer your questions either. I lived here at unit 1627 since May 2020 and had to bug them for 3 months to fix the hot water running and now I've got mold! So if you're in that unit beware of POSSIBLE MOLD. Only thing fixed was the bathtub faucet and only took 10 minutes to fix!! They only fixed until I contacted city inspector!! Would rant more but I've said enough.

The Residential Property Management at Alexander & Bishop is completely unresponsive. After attempting to get ahold of someone via phone about 10 times, I managed to make an appointment in advance to view an apartment at Concord Place in Oshkosh. After driving there from Chicago that day (3+ hours), no one showed up. No one ever answers the phone during posted open hours. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone from here!

Worst property management I have dealt with by far. Did not shovel all winter, flat out lied to me on many occasions, everything is broke to some extent management has not been able to or refused to do anything about the these issues. Impossible to get a hold of them, takes days to get a call back. Half of the machines in the laundry machine were broke the entire 1.5 years I lived there. Taking money from my security deposit for damages that were there before I lived there, after I filled out a damage report and also told me in person that the damage had been well documented. Other things that were broken include fridge, stove, cabinet doors, dish washer, kitchen sink, bathtub faucet, closet doors. Internet was terrible, and the free cable they advertise is not free. Please avoid at all costs!!!
