It was a truly disappointing experience. I found the listing on Zillow and tried sending room touring messages twice but received no response. We called to schedule a showing and followed up with an email to confirm the time and location. However, when I arrived at the house, there was no agent present. Upon calling to inquire, I was informed that the agent couldn't make it due to emergency situation. It was such a waste of time—easily the worst experience I’ve had in Memphis.

I left a review earlier this year for Omni Realty and they suggested that I call their office to reconcile the issue. I called and was told that the amount I owed went up - but due to their own negligence. See yall in court. Please do not rent from these folx. They gladly received my deposit but did not return it.

I had the unfortunate experience of needing my AC fixed by the property management company, and it was an absolute nightmare.

First of all, it took them forever to even respond to my request for repairs. I had to constantly follow up with them and remind them of the urgency of the situation, but they seemed to drag their feet at every turn
I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and overall just terrible. Save yourself the headache and find a different company.

Do not rent from them. The property at 200 Williford had a water issue that made the property uninhabitable. Omni went months not repairing it. When I moved out they tried charging me!!!! And didn’t want to give back my prorated rent. TAKE THEM TO COURT when they try to keep your deposit for fake reasons!

Haydn made the entire selling process very easy. He was professional and kept me informed when the closing date needed to be adjusted due the buyers funding challenges. Haydn made sure that all documents were properly handled with a reputable attorney. I highly recommend Haydn if you’re seeking a quality realtor in TN! He can handle the challenge.

Deal gone horribly wrong!!

As a business owner I have never experienced such low quality service. I gave my security deposit in September 2020 for a property I was supposed to move into at the beginning of December 2020. I was never in contact again with initial agent (Lenora) instead I always spoke to her other coworkers whenever I finally got ahold of someone. I was given several new move in dates (by Henry Jr.) that led all the way into January 2021.

This put me into a very rough spot, as I was opening a new tax business and I was missing out on the time sensitive filing season. I hired interior designers for the place, only to lose money because I could not move into the property. The owner of the company (Henry Sr.) was extremely rude and told me I should be grateful for even having a business and to apply for a PPP loan.

Omni gave me several excuses as to why the move in date kept changing, saying the owner of the property didn't want to pay for the necessary repairs in order to get the lights on. I don't understand why this property was available to rent if this was such an issue. When I reached out to the owner of the building, he seemed very nice but never called me back to discuss this matter. Months later I am out of money, time, and resources once I realized I needed to find a new building in order to keep up with time restraining commitments.

I never received my security deposit back for any of these inconveniences. I have emailed Omni in grave detail regarding my concerns almost two months ago and still have not received a response.

What a joke of a company! Don’t waste your time. Applied for a place, no update or nothing except I had to call after almost a week. Then told I would get an update the next morning, next week comes around and Amber is texting me asking questions about addresses! Ma’am it’s your job to find this info! So unprofessional and I’m so happy I have options or else I would be on the street waiting on this disgrace of a company! So sick of the b.s services in this city, these people are horrible! The reviews are real. Don’t waste your time!!!
