If I could give them a lower review I would. Absolutely horrible experience, my very first apartment and it was TERRIBLE. Never answered any phone calls, NEVER wanted to fix things. Please stay away. Far away.

Chelsie and the staff at OnQ surprised my family by paying our June rent while we were experiencing financial hardship. I have NEVER had a rental company do that much less offer. Horrible! Do NOT rent from this company! I have been living with a hole in my ceiling for months. 2 weeks during Christmas I had no hot water due to pipes freezing. A d even after countless complaints on tenants being unsanitary and cooking meth with a lot of traffic nothing is done. There are squatters here that have even verbaly harassed me a tentant that's rent is paid. And they are still here.
