I came in the branch today to close out a trust account after my aunt passed away. Being from out of town I was concerned that I couldn’t get the transaction done before I left town. After a warm greeting from Cecelia she assured me she would help me with the closure. After waiting only a few minutes for Celcelia to contact the legal department she came back to say I may have to come back next week. I told her my situation and was very empathetic. After going to behind the counter to confirm the situation of my living out of state and she assured me that we could finalize the account after 2p. When I returned at 2:15, Cecelia already had the paperwork ready to go!! After a few signatures I was done. Amazing! Cecelia made my day and I really appreciate her empathy and concern for my situation. Cecelia is a great teller and is the true definition of great customer service.

I am trying to get away from big commercial banking and everyone I know banks at OneAZ, so I came in to open an account. Mamie took excellent care of me even though I didn't have an appointment and set me up with everything I need. Been with One AZ for 12 years and have always met the most delightful people at their branches. Today was no exception! Met up with the new branch manager, Beth Brown after speaking with a fantastic teller, Ryan. I put Ryan through his paces, asking him multiple questions on things as they popped into my head when I had come in for one query, lol. He was an absolute delight, patient and professional and assisted with my auto lay set up. He then found out that Beth was available for my other multitude of questions and I was able to see her quickly. Had met with Calia (sp?), the previous Branch Manager before she retired and she was a delight, so I told Beth she had some big shoes to fill. After meeting and going over business with Beth, I am sure she is more than capable of filling those shoes! She gave me excellent financial investment information that I had never checked into before and was able to get an instant approval for an auto loan. Her expertise and banking experience is a huge asset to One AZ! She had left a bank where she was employed and come over to One AZ credit union. I can't think of a more excellent recommendation to come to a credit union than having someone of her caliber switching to here. If you're on the fence about becoming a credit union member, don't hesitate! One AZ has everything that you need and the people are honestly personable, friendly, exceptional individuals, with a wealth of knowledge and experience! Plus, great rates and, your a member, not a client of a banking institution. I highly recommend the Folks at the Butler Branch!

Just wanted to say that Cecelia Pooler is Awesome! She has been a very big help with the passing of my Father and how to handle some account information.
