Horrible customer service. Requested new payment date in light of a death in my family. Spoke to customer service representative on Friday the 14th. The representative indicated that the new payment due date would be March 3rd. Received electronic notification that my payment was processed on the original date resulting in a $36 NSF charge from my bank. Called customer service on the 17th. The representative I spoke said that the payment was processed and the next payment due date would be March 17th. No help or consideration whatsoever. Avoid this "loan" at all costs.

Terrible company!!!
This company does not give you ANY PRIVACY!! I have asked sooo many times not to mail me any solicitations or any mailings and they still do. THEY DO NOT understand the privacy concept!!! But sometimes they will give you a loan. They just don’t RESPECT any privacy!!!

The first company to take a chance on me after my bankruptcy two years ago. They were a great company then, now their customer service is horrible, they lose information that you submit to update your file and every person you talk to has no clue as to what’s going on and you have to start the entire process over again, they also call for payments even after you’ve made them

So I got a reapprove voucher in the mail it look like a fake but went on a head and appiled. Got a loan approved in minutes. Jus had to do al little online docs and hot money was in my account the next bus day... Thanks you Oportun
