I called several other tow companies and most say 24/7 but no answer or call back. Of the two others I did talk to Chuck was $59 to $75 less. He actually answered his phone and was quick to provide service. I would recommend and I would use him again.

My car keys were stolen by someone when they tried to steal my car to evade police. These guys helped me out with coding my new keys to my car and save me a lot of money. Great people and are just looking to help. 5 stars without a doubt

I'm giving a 5 Star rating because not only were they on time as promised, I watched as the driver took great precautions ensuring no damage was done to my vehicle. We both took pictures.
The driver also notified me after the drop off. I recommend this company.

One of the best experiences that I’ve ever had with a tow truck. He came out in 98 degree weather when everyone else was giving us the run around/never showing up, too busy or too far out. He towed me from Orange Co. to Charlottesville Va and even let me catch a ride home with him. Awesome dude with great conversation. If I could leave more stars I would! Thank you for coming thru for us!

My truck broke down and Orange county towing and automotive provided excellent service and delivering my vehicle to a repair shop. Their rates were far better than others in the area and they also provided a military discount for service members and veterans. Five star service completely professional. Highly recommended

Great experience from a professional! After another tow company had us held up for over two hours because they had to send three different trucks on a Friday evening with still no ability to tow my truck, Orange County Towing met us Saturday morning and brought my truck home within an hour! Definitely will be using this company again.

I have had several vehicles repaired here. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and the prices were a lot better that other shops in the area. I had to have one of my vehicles towed to the shop for repairs. The tow truck was at my house promptly and I felt that they took extra care when loading my vehicle not to damage the car or the area in which it was removed from. I met Chuck Wallace the owner. What a great guy and a good place for all my automotive needs. Will be back again when I need them.

This Family owned Shop and a very Honest shop. Not overly Priced nor are they Asshats like other shops tend to be when describing your vehicle problems. Chuck actually explains and shows u what the problem is. Very reliable and Honest Guy I will be back when and if I need to have my Vehicle worked on. Thanks again Chuck Wallace
