If I could give less stars I would. The agents are rude and disrespectful. It’s almost impossible to get in touch with them and if you do they have the worst attitude. If you come across David, run away…. I can’t imagine having to live in a property managed by this company. If their attitude toward possible new renters are this bad, I can only imagine the difficulties the tenants would be going through.

I'm giving this review a 1 star because when I spoke to Raven today about renting with the Harbor Breeze apartments, and I was EXTREMELY disappointed in her whole approach and how she was speaking to me over the phone. I did not like her behavior and how she was speaking negatively about my credit score and how I'm not going to get approved. Instead, she put me down and made me feel really insecure and guilty about my credit history which I am currently working on. But, her entire attitude was very passive aggressive and I did not like it at all. I'm trying to do business with you and you're putting me down when I'm already down due to me being homeless.

I am part of the Harbor Breeze apartments owned by Orvick, The manager of the property is Raven, she has been fantastic. She has gone above and beyond what I would expect any apartment manager to do. Any time I have an issue, I call the office and she's immediately on top of it solving it quickly. Definitely one of the best Apartment managers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Home Renter BEWARE !!! These people will steal your security deposit with bogus bills of painting when you leave the house. Stole all my 1000$ in deposit, charged me 850 $ for painitng a 1 BHK old dump with 0 damage..such a SCAM !! Houses are like old dumps desperately in need of renovation with no amenities !! On doing research i found several reviews and lawsuits for deposit theft. They exploited me at my weakest. The worst experience I ever had in 8 years in USA.. Never again !!

!!!! WARNING!!!! They will not give your full deposit back!!! They will make up charges!!! You have been warned!!! I rented an apartment just to stay one or two nights a week, whenever I commuted to bay, didn’t hang anything on wall, left it better and cleaner than I received and they charged for cleaning and painting!!! I will be taking them to small claims court. You have been warned!!

warning!! Don’t waste your application fees!

I have never met any real estate group that has so rude representatives!
The first one said I need to send everything my employer sent to me to them! I said this is illegal! I can only send necessary information and asked what they need. Got reply from the first representative in a very rude way “I cannot understand her!” Then Cut off the line!!

The second representative again repeating the first one’s words. I stated my question again and the representative threaten to cut off me again! After wasting me 10 minutes time the second one start talking I need to know the company’s name the HR, the contact information. I wanted to reply that all these information has been filled in the application form but the second one cut me off offensively!
So you hear the warning from me and so many others. You can also see how many houses of theirs cannot be rented at all for a long time.

WORST management company we've ever dealt with. We found the same apartment on two different websites/ads with the same rent. We decided to tour and proceed with the fee for the application for everyone in my house hold/ocupants. When applications were done and reviewed, we got the contract. The contract was a complete mess. The rent was $500 more than the listing price and family members were missing on the contract or misplaced (adult as child). We contacted them so they can fix the 'mistakes' the same day since we had already packed since we had to leave our current place. All we were told was 'sorry for the miscommunication'. We have children in the family and we were put in a horrible and stressful situation since we did not have a place to go. It's not right to make a family go through this with what I see it as a LIE/SCAM. Don't put a family in a situation in where they are ready to leave their current home and then decide to raise the price for houndreds of dollars. I hope no other family has to go through this.

I'm at the point right now if I don't get my deposit back asap . I will sue them ! I never missed rent never late cleaned apartment and someone's already living in the apartment ! And its been more than 6 months and still nothing . They don't return my phone calls. I called i email and still nothing They said they didn't received you 30 days notice.but they cashed the check that the thirty day notice was with . I just want my money back .. worst management company ever.
