I've been doing my insurance through these people for over 5 years now. I've had multiple issues on getting a hold of my agent. Recently we bought a home and insured it through them because we were in a pinch. They left a note on my door in December saying tree work, roof work and painting needed to be done. I obviously had to wait till spring for that and had emailed them asking for an extension. I sent in the progress being done and they still dropped us. I'd recommend going through someone else.

Thomas the owner never filed a damage claim with Progressive after his client accidentally dropped part of a tree on our roof. We finally managed to file our own claim with Progressive. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.
