Recently, my heater had to be replaced, Pacific Gateway got a repair man to my place right away. It did take a couple days to get my it authorized. Once it was authorized, Carina worked quickly to get my new heater installed the next day. The workmen that came were very professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly.

I highly recommend Andy and the Pacific Gateway Property team in managing my apartment complex. I have owned and managed this property independently the past 30+ years. During the Covid pandemic, I found it increasingly difficult to maintain the property by myself. Andy at Pacific Gateway Properties made handling these responsibilities much easier. Andy is an excellent communicator- he responds timely to my messages and is a great liaison between the tenants and myself. I can depend on him to respond to issues in a timely and productive manner. I recently had a water heater issue at my property, and I have to say Carina was absolutely fantastic in getting it fixed promptly. After a power outage made it difficult to find vendors, she went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved in a timely manner. I could hear the vendors working until late in the evening to get the new water heater installed, and throughout the process, I received regular text messages and updates from the team. Their responsiveness and professionalism were truly outstanding, and I couldn't be more grateful for their efforts.
