Palmaris Property Management has changed owners. When Sandy owned Palmaris, we were very satisfied with her management of our home for many, many years. The only "management" that the new owners have done is take a management fee, which they raised as soon as they became the owners. Too many things to list of what they failed to do. Very disappointing.
