Slumlords don't care about your health. I have mold inside my apartment and they don't care

If I could give zero stars I would. I thank My Father Lord for getting out from under these people. My apartment was beyond the scope of just being okay. From people getting shot outside, meth heads hanging out in the parking lot, was electrical fire in my wall, and bathroom ceiling caved in. They fight harder to keep your deposit then to ever try take care of any issues. Had 4 different managers in less then a year. I know that times be tuff these people are crooks.

THEY GO BY - IE RENTAS- PAMA, & MANY OTHER NAMES . SAME UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

dont rent from this place, its takes them months for them to fix anything.
They are slumlords and the girls in the office are slum managment.. we rented here out of a desperate need, but dont recommend anyone do it.
I'm looking to move as we speak. I feel bad for all the people they take advantage of, especially the elderly that live in our complex

Wish I could give no Stars. Lived there to long and they didn’t fix anything, they blame u for any issues that was already there and they good at collecting rent but will evict you faster then they can fix anything. TO many fights shootings and police ... (DOn’T RENT HERE)

Beware there's a wanna be manager stealing from tenants name Alexandra Madera she will tell you too deposit money in her personal account and then say she never got it for applications fee

Very poorly with there customers service. Yes there very good on collecting rent and sending people to court but there not to good when it comes to mantianace inside the apt.

This is where my parents live and i like it alot its nice and quiet the neighbors are really nice and friendly
