I parked my vehicle in the garage at Reston Metro Station. I was lost, couldn’t remember where I parked my car and I asked the security gentleman that was standing near the metro entrance. He went above and beyond to help me find my vehicle by asking good questions that retracted me back to my vehicle. The team was very helpful and I had great customer service, he assisted until I found my vehicle.

Have had good experiences with their security staff, just under less than ideal circumstances.

The members of their management team we’ve interacted with have left a lot to be desired. Blowing off phone calls with no follow up, talking down to their own security officers, as well as extremely delayed replies to emails (probably because they’re swamped with complaints).

They say they care about customer experiences, but a look at some of the reviews for their managed parking sites paints a different picture.

Also, when property owners using their parking management services are owned by the same parent company, bragging about success and profits just comes off as manipulative.

SCAM. Parked at their Ashburn station lot on the evening of 09/29/2023 for a weekend in DC. Paid in advance for the full weekend. They towed me anyway. I was then rudely accused by the security manager of not paying and when I produced proof of payment on my phone his tune suddenly changed. The story suddenly became that the lot was closed for an event on Saturday. I explained that had there been signs telling me the lot was closed, I would not have parked there obviously. They then claimed that there were signs. I then pulled my dashcam footage showing that there were NOT signs saying the lot was closed. But also why was I allowed to pay for parking on your site for Saturday if you knew you were closing the lot that day

Despite providing proof that there was no signage, they are still refusing to reimburse me though they cost me hundreds of dollars because the towing costs were insane.

I have communicated with them via email, but their response times are atrocious and it's pretty clear that they are in the business of doing this on a regular basis.

Unfortunately there are few parking options in that area, but if they are gonna tow without warning, it would be cheaper to Uber there every time.

Not a decent company at all. Unwilling to own up to mistakes. I recommend avoiding if you can.

Very difficult to work with customer service. Our apartment complex has had requests for new EV chargers for over a year and little change has happened. After paying thousands to Park X between my roommate and I, this is unacceptable. If your complex uses Park X I’d use caution.

I give up chasing them to get a response on a very reasonable request. I have called their phone number and was told I would get a follow up. I have filled out an online message request. I have contacted their account manager. No response.
