In all reality, I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.

The owner seems to only care about money, not about covering me. Brushes past my concerns, will not answer his phone, his office will not either.

If you want an agent that you will never hear from again, this guy is for YOU!

Over covering me with stuff I DID NOT NEED! I do not have a basement. Why give me sump pump coverage? I do not even have a sump pump! He wants to inflate my coverages to receive more money that he does not deserve. Please look at other independent agencies around the area before you dig your own grave here. Please.

My sister was treated very unfairly by the staff here. We would rather spend a thousand times more at progressive than get treated like trash here. Do not raise your voice at potential clients if you want our business! I mean cmon people!!

Edit: I find it very unprofessional for you to disregard my review and pretend that it is not true. Reviews are for reflection, not deflecting. For you to assume that I'm not a resident of Virginia is disrespectful as well, you are calling me simple minded.

Update; Adrian emailed me and said there is nothing they can do for my business.

Had an agent, Aiden cold call me regarding insurance for my small biz. So I engaged & provided my insurance docs (9/6/2023). Aiden Wolford from Partner Insurance/Erie Insurance seemed like a decent guy.
I reached out to Aiden from Erie on 9/29 as i never received a quote after some back & forth. Response from him was that they are backed up & will be in touch the next week with an update.
Now, a month later, 10/18/23- Never received a quote, a response, nothing.
Hey, you guys at Erie Insurance - you called me! I didn't call you. Is this a scam? I give you my insurance declaration info for a quote that YOUR AGENT Adrien Wolford cold called me about. And then ZERO response once i provide info? Seems like you are on a fishing expedition for what my current insurance rates are.
After this experience - I'll pay a higher $ with my current provider than give my business to you.
Don't cold call & waste my time.
Lesson learned - I'll only deal with companies i contact.
Shame as back in the day - I had to cold call myself. Very disappointed with Adrien, Partner Insurance, and Erie Insurance.

Abe Myers and Dawn Myers at Partner Insurance are simply the best. I had a meeting and needed a COI and called Abe at 9:01 am and HE ANSWERED and squared me away within minutes. Dawn followed up immediately after with an email to confirm, showing the utmost thoroughness. They even checked in to make sure the details were all correct and that the COI was accepted by the DCRA. Most insurance agencies take days or weeks to respond and I greatly appreciate their communication and responsiveness. I would recommend them to anyone!
