Special shoutout to Jesus Rosas from Partners Community Management Inc for outstanding communication and service. He remains very professional throughout the whole leaking pipe repair in the first floor, and tried his best to ensure timely fix and coordination with upstairs neighbors, and we know, from the owners' perspective, managing that situation with repair company was not easy. He demonstrated care and professionalization and used appropriate resources to quickly fix the problem we had. We genuinely were impressive with his whole involvement through timely response and commitment. We appreciate Jesus's help and Partners Community Management Inc for taking leadership and getting business done.

I've been quite underwhelmed by multiple HOA liaisons. I can't really speak to Partners Community Management as a whole as some prior individuals from this group have been completely unresponsive, however I have to sing Grachelle Mayao's praises because Grachelle has been responsive and helpful with multiple matters.

If I could give zero star I would. They are total bullies. I was treated unfairly due to an unreasonable noise complaint from an extremely over sensitive person. I have all the evidence (recordings) showing I was playing the piano at my own place 4pm in the afternoon at a perfectly normal hour under 70 decibels. They ignore the fact that I have done NOTHING wrong and did my best to respect the community. This is the worst management company ever.

I've been living in a Partner CM-managed property for nearly 6 years and am so grateful to have Carmen as our point of contact. Through building emergencies to routine updates, she's been on top of it and always responsive and thorough, explaining what needs to get done to keep the building in the best shape to protect the homeowners investment. She's been amazing at helping me deal with a few emergency leaks in my unit, putting me in touch with the right contractors/plumbers and making sure everything went smoothly. Thank you, Carmen!!
