Patelco once again does its thing pre pandemic and post pandemic. Had the great pleasure of having Tyler help me with one of my accounts and setting it up out of maturity to a new account. Tyler is a great asset to this company, all one with this one.

After I was treated like nothing at San Bruno branch, I decided to try one more time at a different branch. San Mateo branch was closed to where I lived, so I tried to make an appointment with a mortgage officer, but this loan officer was even worse. I emailed her how I can get a an appointment but she replied saying that I need to answer several questions before I could make an appointment. I replied her email answering all questions, but again she made me feel worthless. Her email said that I qualified 150G and no appointment; she completely brushed me off. I may not be worthwhile speaking to her because I did not qualify a large mortgage but that is not how she should treat human being. At that moment, I decided never to ask any mortgage inquiry. If you need a true help with compassion, go to Guild Mortgage. They helped me buy a house. Do not go to Patelco. They only treat high income borrowers well.

Patelco Credit Union is my first choice financial institution in San Mateo. The employees are professional, friendly, and very helpful. Branch location and hours are convenient and accessible. The online banking system and app make life so much easier. I recently applied and received a personal loan through Patelco. Cyndi Melo stayed late to insure the loan was processed in a timely fashion. The experience was so easy! Communication through the entire process was exceptional! I received the loan payout and it was deposited into my account within 24 hours! I highly recommend Patelco (San Mateo)! Thank you Cyndi

PSA: do not I repeat do not
bank with @patelcocu they
will steal your money and
literally tell you there is
nothing they can do about it
or make you wait once you
have deposited cash into
their ATM. No reason my son
has to be without his money
until possibly Monday or
longer. This is absolutely
ridiculous!!!! AGAIN IF YOU

customer service won't help
you neither will the
managers. How are we suppose to teach our
kids the importance of using a
credit union when they are
constantly making or allowing
charges on his account and I
have to dispute it every single
time and now this being the 3rd
time we had an issue with the
ATM depositing and withdrawing
money. You want to get money
out but it won't give you money
but it will debit it from your
account then you have to dispute
it to get it corrected. I have never
seen such stupidity and
carelessness with a bank in my
life. DO NOT BANK WITH
@patelcocu they are absolutely
the worst credit Union to go to. I have alerted my 50K followers not to bank with this credit union it is absolutely ridiculous for this mishap and I for one will no longer have my son or anyone bank with them.
