Pathfinder Federal Credit Union is a great group of people to do business with and I would highly recommend them. The staff is friendly and very good at their jobs. Betty Muller is awesome at getting back with you promptly and is always their to help, she is very knowledgeable.

Absolute worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If I could give this bank a negative star review I would. I have worked with an over seas company for over 10 years now. Every time I try to make a purchase with them Pathfinder denies it. When I call them to complain they assure me that its on the marked safe list. However, I can literally see that the bank has denied my transaction with the online banking app. My rent is $1800 dollars which exceeds my daily limit, apparently, because I have had several times where I have had to leave a full cart of groceries at the register because my card was denied even though I can literally see that there is well over 2 grand in there! I should never NOT have full access to my money! EVER! And 99% of time I am at the store after banking hours so all I can do is apologize to the cahier and walk off highly embarrassed that I was unable to make a simple $300 purchase. My card gets flagged for the most ridiculous reasons. Walmart!!!? Shopping at Walmart flags my card and shuts it off until I call in and fix it! Are you Fing me right now! Also, they used to offer day early pay check funds. My paycheck came in Wednesday. I used to get it Wednesday. Now... It comes in Wednesday, I get my paystub from work, but it doesn't hit the bank until Friday! I am coming to believe this bank is more concerned with spending YOUR money than letting you have it. 100% thumbs down DO NOT bank here!

Betty Muller has been an amazing person to work with while completing my first personal business auto loan. I signed the docusign wrong a few times and she was still more pleasant than any banker I have ever worked with! Betty is a true asset! It took me all of 5 minutes with her to secure the loan and be on my way!

Pathfinder is the best Credit Union I have ever done business with. When we bought our home last year, the crew at Pathfinder moved mountains in order to secure us a loan at a low rate, and get us into our dream home. When you walk through the doors of Pathfinder, it’s like walking into your best friend’s living room. There’s no better and more welcoming place in Casper to bank.
