Living here has been great so far! My fiancé got a job in Santa Barbara and we had a very last minute move from out of state, so needless to say it was a chaotic and stressful time. Rigo was incredibly accommodating and helpful with our unique situation and made sure everything was ready for us as we made the move into the state. The apartment was clean upon move in and the whole process went smoothly. The communication from management is excellent and maintenance is always quick to fix anything. The property is also beautiful and great for kids and pets. We’ve loved living here so far and are very glad we chose Patterson Place as our home!

Rented a one-bedroom for almost 2 years here. They did a lot of renovating and the grounds and apartments look very good for the age of the building. There's an awesome bike/running path in the back that you can take straight to UCSB. It's about 3 miles away on that path, so it's a convenient spot if you're a student who doesn't want to live too near the campus.

There's good Korean food and a sandwich place within walking distance of the apartment as well.

We looked at quite a few apartment complexes in Santa Barbara. For the price, this place is very solid. No in-unit laundry, but they have a lot of attached laundry rooms that are clean. The poolhouse and grills are nice and kept clean as well.

Rigo was great and helpful every time we talked to him. We didn't talk as much with Bobbie but when we did he was also great. Maintenance was responsive and quick. Not many issues. Couldn't have asked for more.

Such a great place to live in Santa Barbara. Right in the middle of Goleta and downtown! I really enjoyed my time here and the Patterson Place team never lets you down!

Living at Patterson Place apartment is awesome. Plenty of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, BBQ grills, kids playground… Property managers Bobby and Rigo are amazing and are always quick to help out with any issues.

Patterson Place Apartments gave my girlfriend and I the absolute best experience. Bobbie and Rigo (who are apart of the management team) were not only professional but deeply kind and truly cared about us during our time. The whole apartment complex has also been completely renovated, and it looks incredible. Amenities like ping pong and billiards are such a treat and the pool is always a great choice. We also appreciated the large amounts of grass for our dog Maggie. There was always great communication from staff and any maintenance issue I had was fixed promptly. And one of the best things about Patterson is how clean it is! Both around the community and when I first stepped into my apartment, I was impressed by the cleanliness all around. Patterson is the best experience we’ve had at an apartment and we are so thankful for everything they’ve done for us.

I've lived here for two years and Patterson Place is a safe, conveniently located, and well taken care of property. Bobbie and Rigo on the management team kindly and promptly address every concern with immediate solutions and follow-up. The pool, laundry room, grounds, and gym were always clean and in great condition, and any maintenance issues in the apartment were minimal and always solved same day by Carlos.

There are frequently generous events and offering by the staff that were fun extras. It can't be easy managing during renovations, but as a resident I never had an issue, as the staff here made it worth it with their great communication and care.

Beautiful property, conveniently located near shopping center. Bobbie, the property manager was so welcoming and answered all my questions. My husband and I were helping my in-laws find a new home in the area and hopefully next year they’ll be able to move into Patterson Place apartments. Thank you Bobbie. I really appreciate how knowledgeable you are about the Santa Barbara/Goleta area and thank you for the lunch recommendation 🙂 talk about going above and beyond!

Bobby and Rigo were excellent during the whole application and move in process! Very responsive and made me feel good about living there. Any work order we put in has been taken care of within 48 hours! So nice to have a property management company that actually cares about its residents!
