Patty is amazingly good at her customer service skills. Brandi Byrum was not! I considered switching State Farm locations because of Brandi’s attitude but Patty called me a few hours later to talk to me about what had happened. Patty was able to do what Brandi could not. Patty helped me lower my monthly payment and helped me run through some options I had. I hung up the call feeling heard and understood! For that reason, I stayed with this location (even though I live 1 hour away).
