I purchased my phone through this service at a talk n text cell phone store. My galaxy note 8 only lasted about a month and the charger piece mest up. I have called and emailed payjoy and never got the phone answered or email returned. It has been 3 weeks since not having my phone and payjoy still hasn't answered my email or calls. This place is a scam I paid my money for phone for nothing. Really dissapointed I hope somebody reads this and hopefully doesn't go through the same thing before purchasing from them.

The worse customer services. I have paid off my phone and I cant not get in contact with anyone to help me take the app off. I've called 5 times and they keep placing me on hold immediately or hanging up on me. I will never use this service again! Worse company I have ever encountered.

bought a refurnished phone from a place on jamaica ave in queens underneath a bed and stuff store not only did they charge me a n arm an a leg i also got 3rd degrees burn the galaxy 7 doesnt come with a view of its battery therefore you cant change it or inspect it and we all know how corrosive battery can get
