Extremely easy to apply, got approved quickly, spoke to a HUMAN quickly (multiple times)! They were extremely knowledgable and eager to assist. Plenty of branches to go in person and get the funding immediately. Would recommend without hesitation!

PenFed branch in Dale City has incompetent staff who doesn't have basic training g in handling and resolving issues with financial transactions. My issue with a check which has already been paid to Penfed from other financial institution is not resolved for last 3 months. I keep hearing the same hollow response from the staff and branch manager even after I provided the documenting proof that check has been paid by other bank and they need to credit my account. It's like stealing my money which has left my other bank account but it's nit credited by Penfed. DO NOT bank at this location, staff is rude and highly incompetent.

Incredibly unprofessional, tellers constantly ignored customers in line to accomplish other tasks. We waited almost 2 hours at this location waiting for 9 people to be helped. I would never come back to this location

I love the credit union but I was not happy with the time I had to wait just to sign a loan document and pick up a check. Was at the branch 9am on the dot, left out at 9:55am. 55 mins due to their printer and scanner issues. I understand this was not the reps fault with the IT issues but it was still very frustrating! This was my first time actually visiting the branch.

I went to Pentagon Federal Bank on 09/11/2024 the branch in Woodbridge, VA. Got there 4:25 singed in and waited for customer service representative. At 4:55 I was not called nor any other person in front of me. There were two other customers in front of me. The customers service is not existent at this branch . Myself and a person who sighed in after me left the branch without getting any assistance.

I spoke with customer service representative, was transferred to wrong department card security, she did not introduce herself very well, she started asking for my card number, I asked who she was , she was very rude, what made me upset was she knew she is not the right department and I told her my purpose. Why did she obtain all my information for what reason and why so rude? The bank advise not to give your information and SSN. She made me call back to solve the problem again wasting an hour or more of break time. Very rude
