Okay for one I called the bank and told one of the tellers that I was on my way from Muscle Shoals that I would be there right at 5 okay no problem when I get to the bank one of the tellers already has the key in the door and her phone in her hand and as soon as she get her eyes made mine oh I'm sorry we're closed I said know I spoke to you on the phone she goes oh well let me go see if they've shut the computers down so she goes in looks comes back yep it's too late I said so y'all start closing before 5 p.m. no we can't shut the computers down until 5 I got there before I called ahead that is poor customer service that's not how Peoples Trust Bank operates. I guarantee you if I had $1000000 in that bank and I got there at that time I promise you I wouldn't be told oh well it's too late and that's discriminatory. CUSTOMERS are what keeps that bank in motion and those tellers in jobs. For the record Mr. Randy will hear about this. For those that don't know, that's the bank president.

this has to be one of the most backwoods runned banks in the country. always a negative experience when i deal with them. the reason for dealing with them is because my roomie has an account there. believe me if i dont have to i dont!
