I’m surprised by all of the high ratings. My experience with Gino has been awful. I scheduled a time through their website for property management services. Received a confirmation email but they never called. Received a follow up text a few days later apologizing that “we missed each other”. Discussed a new time and again, no call. Not impressed.

As a tenant, getting a response from this property management is terrible. I have to message them multiple times to get a response. We have been dealing with an issue on our water bill for the last 6 weeks and no action has been put into effect. I gave 2 stars because they have a nice maintenance guy that is very prompt and thorough.
