Throughout the entire process Debra responded right away to our questions and was very professional. Even when she was busy with an emergency with another home she made sure to respond within the hour to all questions. She was very personable as well and made us feel like we were family. I couldnt recommend PF Property Management more. We got our rental property and the house is amazing. Thanks again for all your help!

Worst place to get help for renting a place.
My husband was renting a house leased by PF property management in 419 Galleria Dr. San Jose.

One star for helping us find a good house.

The move out experience was horrible! They told us to get cleaners to clean up the house, they said if the cleaners don't do a good job they will call them back and redo it. Instead these guys hired someone else and added extra charges for cleaning. We ended up paying twice for cleaning.

Their communication is worst!
Our security deposit was held with them for 2 months after move out. They found a problem in the bathroom. The problem was wear and tear and we offered to fix it too. They were rude on calls. We would get a reply for emails after a week! We ended up losing 70% our deposit. We went through a lot of mental stress! Horrible customer service!

Never consider these guys for buying or renting houses! Waste of time!

I stayed in a house (419 Galleria Dr) managed by PF Property management plus Inc. As tenant, they were not professional during move out. First thing is, they did not report a problem in pre-move out checklist. They said the house is in excellent condition. And after the cleaning was done, they deducted $150 for cleaning (no proofs of area to be cleaned). Then, they say that we damaged the bathtub, and deducted 70% of deposit.

They were not responsive in email or any other communication. Even when the communication was being sent, they sent during end of business day Friday and kept quite for weeks again to respond. We got 30% deposit back after following up more than 20 times in 2 months.

I wish there was an option to give 0 star. I want to write about our move out experience and how we were treated by PF Property Management team.

We moved out on 07/31/2021 from one of the properties managed by PF Property MGMT located on 419 Galleria Dr , San Jose, CA.

They did deduct 70% of our security deposit for the things which could have been repaired for lesser cost even though we offered to repair everything. They charged us for the cleaning despite of us doing preferential move out cleaning!!

We got 30% of our security deposit back after 60+ days by following up for at-least 20 times over email. Can you believe this Who has time for this!

They have caused us lot of mental stress, highly unprofessional and waste of time!

Just read this review and think 100 times before buying or renting any properties from these guys!

I would rate zero stars if possible. This management team failed to call me despite the fact that I received an automatic email stating that I would be contacted to view a property. Considering the fast paced real estate environment in the Silicon Valley, I expected to receive an invite to view a particular property but it was DAYS before my request was acknowledged. Furthermore, the email I did receive was incredibly rude and basically blamed ME for not repeatedly identifying the property I desired to view.
Very unprofessional, don’t waste your time.

My husband stayed in one of the property managed by PF property Mgmt Plus. They caused a lot of mental stress and simply ignore your email regarding any concern. Highly unprofessional behavior. Will leave no chance to deduct your deposit money after move out even if you are not at fault. Extremely rude and careless attitude.

After driving 30 miles to see the place, I see there is another applicant there. They had already accepted his application and the lady told me that he was 'Extremely Qualified' (Whatever that means). She said "He has already applied and he is extremely qualified but you can still go ahead and apply by paying 35 $" 🙂

I talked to her twice before I could see the place. I should have been told that they are accepting applications already or I should've been told that there is already someone applied for the place and he already qualifies for it. It would save my time and the drive. I find this very selfish and disrespectful to other people's time.

Stay clear of this place read all the bad reviews my one star is really a zero because that's what they did zero our tenants even were unhappy with them after tenants moved out for 21days no repairs were done on property by them i fired them stay clear of Debra i hope this review saves you the pain they caused us ps. i never write reviews that bad
