I received excellent customer service from Ashlee Taylor, the sales manager, at the Phillip Rael State Farm Agency. She was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. I had a very smooth transition from my previous insurance carrier to State Farm. I had my new insurance policies in place in a little more than 24 hours from our first conversation.
