Tracy and his team TPG Property Management stepped in to handle both leasing and management of our 7-unit apartment complex when my dad could not longer handle matters himself. Tracy has proven to be trustworthy, kind, and genuinely concerned about ensuring things go well at the property. Tracy Phillips (Owner of The Phillips Group San Diego) has managed my property for nearly two years. As a service member, relocating comes with the territory, making the care of one’s property a top concern. Simply put, Tracy is the best. He and his team ensure a smooth operation in normal times. And during the unfortunate times when crisis hits he is there. We had such an experience with flooding and a crack in the foundation. He personally supervised the initial investigation, all the way through repair and renovation.
