They write for you a policy Heath Insurance and you wait for Card and information has not arrived to end due day. You call back to the person and leaved message. They pass around you other persons like volleyball. Don't recommend

I wrote this on reddit regarding my recent experience. So this is that for here:

My mother went here to ask about her Medicare because although she is almost 65, she doesn't have enough work credits for the plan. I don't know who the worker that was trying to convince her to apply for the plan that would cost her $700 per month due to not having enough work credits, and said that she'll get penalized for not doing so.

We had to go again to ask someone else, who did gave us a more reasonable answer, even though their attitude was no better. I understand that is tax season and everyone is tired, but please don't put your attitude onto us. We're only trying to find answers :/. If there's more options on Vietnamese-speaking place, then this would not be our first option.

Dan Tran is the best insurance broker , I got a lot of his help for my business liability insurance. His knowledge is very well . This place is for commercial insurance, car insurance with acceptable price. The staff is very polite and friendly, knowledgeable.

I’ve been doing business with PHP for the last 6 years and have not encountered any issue with their service. Staff are always very polite and friendly, professional and efficient. However, their super star is Tony. He has helped me to understand all the pros and cons of the insurance policies, to choose the most suitable for my situation. He’s very patient and knowledgeable.

I called them on last Friday to ask about the insurance plan. While all agents were busy, I agreed to let them call me back at 9 am on next morning - Saturday. I was waiting at 9 am on that Saturday but they would not call me until 10 am - I figured it out later . An agent named Paul called me and probably the connection was not good, I kept saying hello. Then, I did not hear anything back.
- I asked "Is everything ok?" as I had no idea who was calling me
- He was like "You asked me "Is everything ok?"
- I said: "Yes, you called me and you did not say anything so that's why I asked that"
- Him: "You asked us to call you back at 9:00 am" - oh, it was 10 -ish am already
- Me: Sorry, I did not save you phone number and I don't know who you are when you call me
- Him: I am Paul from PHP Insurance. What can I help you?

It was my last day to be able to apply for a new insurance based on special enrollment, however, that guy told me that I cannot do it as it passed 60 days requirement (It was the last day!). If I were him, I would convince myself to apply for the insurance within that day!
I am disappointed with the way he talked to me that made me feeling lost from beginning.
