Nothing but full of roaches that cover everything and they spray like once a month and it does absolutely nothing when we moved out we had to basically leave everything behind cause we were scared our new place would become roach infested because it was so bad. When we first moved in when have to bomb our apartment for 8 straight hours and even after that the roaches were still horrible. Our washer had to be replaced the claimed they fixed our dishwasher twice but it didn’t work got clogged up every single time and our bathtub would never drain properly no matter what we tired if I could give a 0 star review I would and then on top of that my car got stolen out of the parking lot I asked the manger to see if she could use the camera that are on the OUTSIDE of the office building to see if she could maybe catch them coming out with my car but she said they were for personal use only but uses them to watch and see everyone in the pool they are HORRIBLE HUMAN BEINGS AND ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS SUCK MONEY OUT OF YOU AND YOU GET GET BROKEN AND ROACH INFESTED LIVING SPACE!

The picture that you see, is how this place used to look, clean. No one ever picks up the trash around the complex. Leaves two Inches thich underneath and around cars stay there so long, it turns to compost, then you find yourself tracking that crap into the apartment. The few times that a crew came to remove some Leaves/Compost, they half-assed did the job and probably, probably removed about 50% of the Leaves, Compost.

It’s roach INFESTED here, not just a minor bug issue, you will see roaches all around your house at all times, no matter how clean or dirty you are. Roaches would end up in things like insides of shampoo bottles, babies all over floors as well. Place needs to be stripped or demolished and rebuilt. In the summer time we also had a maggot issue and so did our all of our neighbors, coming out of the floors, and even when you went outside they were all over the ground. Please trust people when they tell you, you will be miserable here, no matter how hard you try not to be

Do not rent these apts fill with roaches and bugs and they haven’t done anything to help I’m killing at least 10-20 bugs and roaches a day.. They ask you alot illegal questions about your service dog from there attorney

Price wise it's a good range even with a pet. But the apartment when I moved in wasn't cleaned. There is mold in the cabinets and I found a dead roach skin in a cabinet above my fridge. The kitchen appliances were new and nice tho. There are also a lot of stray cats in the area and will attack you and your dog if you get too close to them. It's happened to me twice now. They don't run like normal cats would. Most are black so they are hard to see at night if you are out walking your dog. I've also had issues with 3rd party places like for pest control come around and if I don't answer will just be let in by maintenance. Happened to me while I was in the shower and I had to shout at them to get out. There was no warning in the monthly new letters sent out and I didn't receive an email letting me know an estimated day. I've since got extra locks put on so when I'm home they can't just come in.

Price wise is affordable. Roaches are horrible. No matter what you do, spray, put down.. etc. I will be moving when my lease is up. Not what I expected & not how Pike Place used to be!

They never spray for bugs, they just come in and put up a piece of paper saying they did. They never tell you when they will come in, they have walked in with me home 3 times when I was sleeping and showering. The roaches are HORRIBLE. There are eggs in the ceilings and in the floors. I have roaches in my fridge, my cabinets, so now when I move out I have to go through all of my stuff and make sure there are no roaches. I loved the first few months but in the end, it’s the worst place I’ve ever lived. They have “quiet” time at 10 pm and the people next to us have their music up until 2 am!! Also, if you have people who smoke next to you or above you, it will linger into your apartment. It’s cheap but you might as well spend your money on something worth it. I had no other choice but to live here, but I will not recommend it to anyone. The people are nice but they do not know how to run the place at all.

I have lived at pike place for almost 2 years and enjoy it. All of the staff who works there is nice! Nellie in the front office is exceptional and always nice and willing to help and answer questions when anything comes up. If you’re looking for an apartment call and ask for Nellie she will help in anyway she can.
