Five stars all the way! I had a very complicated transaction due to wire fraud, and another bank being involved. Everyone there is awesome, but I really want to single out Kristi. She dug into the issue, and kept at it until she was able to recover $2,000! She really knows her stuff, and would be a valuable asset to any company!

This branch of the PCFCU in Florence is probably the best bank I've ever been a part of. I am greeted with a smile when walking through the door, ALWAYS. Everyone in this branch is absolutely incredible...all of the counter staff and office staff all the way up to the Manager, Jennifer Nathaniel and Assistant Manager, Tiffany. I can't say enough about all of them. It's a most distinct pleasure to walk through their doors. Everyone remembers your name and I think that's pretty remarkable when you think about the hundreds of members that they have and they remember my name. What an honor for me! I wouldn't dream of switching to another bank in this town. PCFCU is definitely my bank of choice. They NEVER disappoint.
