The staff and maintenance are fantastic, but it's getting real pricey for what you get. These are old buildings and come with old building problems (slab leaks and other plumbing issues are pretty common). The company that handles the washers and dryers seem to take a while to get to any of the broken equipment. Again, just stuff that comes with old buildings.

Some of the neighbors are... "interesting" too. I'm not bothered by it since I'm not home often due to work, but I've heard fights break out in the parking lot at 3 in the morning, some bunghole will take the spot you spent an hour shoveling out during snowstorms, and some people seem to have a habit of neglecting their dogs. Another neighbor backed into my car while it was parked, never left a note and the week after got arrested for beating up his girlfriend. You generally won't have any issues if you keep to yourself, but just something to be aware of if you like to interact with your neighbors.

The good part? Utilities are included in your rent, complimentary parking, everything's clean, friendly staff and Haiyan's family will throw these thoughtful little events for the residents. (edited) It's really convenient too, I just hopped the fence and crossed Milton back when I was still in school. Less than a 10 minute walk to get to campus. Big shout out to the maintenance team for clearing the sidewalks and stairs during snowstorms, you guys are lifesavers.

I have lived here for over a decade and love this community. We are located in a historic neighborhood, and centered in the midst of a lot of great resources. The community is relatively small but feels like its own neighborhood. I don't get to attend many of the community events but love that they are offered on a monthly basis. The office and service teams are friendly and truly make this place feel like home. I also have some fur babies and I love seeing other neighbors walk their dogs (and sometimes cats!) through the community. We're located right off of Route 66 which makes accessing a lot of things, from the campus to shopping and more, super easy and convenient. And as a community that includes basic utilities, it's great to feel some savings even as prices for everything go up.

Best place to live at, move in process was stress free and the team there made sure everything was prepared and ready. They are fast at making sure work orders get done in a timely manner. If your looking for a place to live that’s affordable and pet friendly this is the place that would be best.

The staff here is AMAZING!!!!
When I first moved in, we ran into a few bumbs on standard application protocols and the team here was absolutely phenomenal working things out so that I could move in when I needed it.
The entire time that I lived here, we only had one maintenance issue and after putting in the request late at night, the team was over the very next day to fix the problem! So fast!!
Now that my lease is coming to an end, I went in to discuss my options with the team. I can’t even put into words how incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful they were!
Tammy and her team are by far the best apartment leasing team I have ever worked with. I am so glad that I rented here as they gave me the best renting experience possible! Thank you to everyone on the Pine View Village Team! <3

It was a nice, fun, but calm place to live. Mostly students and elderly. It's an odd mix, but because of it being what Flagstaff calls affordable housing, there are a lot of people on section 8 and on other housing programs in the complex which mixes everything up from it being an all student off campus housing vicinity. Management is good, but if you're a student I would stick with talking to only students and not venturing out into strange land. I did not see drugs nor highly violent behavior in the two years I lived here. Be nice to the property manager because she's very good person. Great place to live and that's why I gave four stars. It was nice being around all the students, since I myself am a student.

I just moved out of Pineview apartments and I would like to say that overall the office staff and maintenance have always been awesome,also a large portion of the tenants are nice and the apartments are well maintained and rent includes all utilities.

Great community, has amazing event's set up through out the year to help everyone meet and feel welcomed. Management is very understanding, and Maintenance workers are extremely fast and helpful! Right next to NAU, the only complaint I would have is that the WIFI is a little wonky so you may have to get your own. The gym is a little out dated and doesn't have a variety of free weights. Also the power/ water may go out, but is often fixed very fast ~10 min.

I have lived here for about 2 years and the monthy events where they serve food is absolutly amazing and they just changed the staff but the staff are always friendly and are fast to helping us with our requests. The maintenance are quick to fix any problems. The apartment itself is older and small but accommodating overall a decent place to live during collage.
