We have used Plus Property Management for almost 10 years and we have never had a bad experience. In fact, this is the most professional staff in property management I have ever worked with. Peggy and Lindsey are tops in the field and I have recommended them to several other friends with rental property. They manage two properties for us and we trust them to take care of everything so we don't have to be called in the middle old the night or weekends. The tenants that have found for us have never missed monthly rents and have been respectful of our property. Interestingly, you dropped us as a client via email with no phone conversation. We have not been your client for over four+ months, and yet here we are with an email from you asking me for a review as a "valued client." This sums up the quality of communication and interaction we received from Plus Property Management. We live out of the area and have other businesses; some email responses could have been faster to respond on our end. Unfortunately, phone calls are not a favored mode of communication for Plus as they continued to send emails. As my tenants prepared to move out, they shared stories and concerns that were not conveyed. If you do choose Plus, be ready to remain hands-on.
