If you could apply negative stars. I would give them -10 I've been dealing with them since January regarding a leak in the ceiling. Well after maintenance requests being denied and others still pending, the leak has turned into a full ceiling collapse. I've called and left messages no response other than have I made a maintenance requests. Now I'm contacting the city to get this resolved.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with PMI. They placed terrible tenants in my property who caused over $10,000 in damages. Despite their assurances, the company did not manage the property properly, leaving it in a state of disrepair. When I reached out to them for answers, they were evasive and unresponsive. Simple questions like "where is the deposit?" went unanswered for several months. Attempts to set up calls took weeks, and were rescheduled day of, hour of while I was already calling in to speak to someone. This level of unprofessionalism and neglect is unacceptable. I would not recommend PMI to anyone unless you want your money and property thrown away as a landlord. Avoid at all costs.

I drove quite a distance to a scheduled viewing but nobody was there to show me the property! Every number provided leads to automated messages that don't help at all.. Not a good first impression/experience with this company at all!

Since I can't reply to their response.. No it was not ever said to me that it was a self service showing & also nobody ever gave me any lockbox code.. I received at least 2 or 3 confirmations after scheduling the showing and none of those said anything about either of those things!
