I’ve had multiple instances in which PMI Richmond has been very responsive and communicative regarding issues! They respond and follow up quickly with little to no issues. I recently had an issue with Rentvine (rent portal) due to a problem on my bank’s part and was able to maintain steady communication over several days with CJ, who continuously responded to my updates with empathy and understanding, and overall made the whole the process go very smoothly!! I’ve rented from other companies in Richmond, and PMI is a breath of fresh air to work with.

The application process was smooth and easy. However, I submitted my application over 3 weeks ago. Almost a month ago, just to be given the runaround. The denial was untrue. After I was told my application was done was just waiting to for my paperwork to be sent off, then to come back and say I was denied with no phone call with the no one responding to my calls prior to this. Now when I call nobody's ever available to talk. To be a leasing agent, Brenda does not follow proper protocols. My rental verification should be one of the first things that was submitted. I was told that was everything was done and that she just needed to send my paperwork off. Come to find out She hadn't done anything with my file. David or brendo won't return my call.
