The stars are for the employee who took on all the bad feedback for STEVE, as Steve (the owner of the business) never called me once. Employee deserves a raise for sure, he got two extra stars for the call he made to apologize to me.

PMI San Jose has been extremely professional since taking over management of my condo. Steve is a real pleasure to deal with -- so diligent about following up on any issues my tenants are experiencing (repairs were handled efficiently and at nominal cost) and great at keeping me informed. I no longer wonder in the back of my mind daily whether something will crop up that might stretch my time beyond its limits. He answers my emails and calls/voice mails literally within minutes and that is a real comfort to me as a property owner.
