Joy Wei who manages Three Sixty is the best property manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She responds to each email quickly and she’s on top of everything! Today, my keypad entrance to the building was not working, it was just a black screen. I emailed her and within an hour she had someone from the company fix it. She communicates with the entire community whenever there’s any type of issue, such as maintenance, pool closures due to them being cleaned, improvements and the list goes on. She’s a staple in our community and the entire community is very grateful we have her!

Joy Wei at 360 South Bay is the GREATEST!!! She is extremely responsive to any requests. I asked her this week about 2 issues with the pool at our place. She not only responded quickly, but resolved the 2 issues in 24 hrs. Every time I have had an issue, she fixes it.and solves the problem. She is wonderful to have in our community. We feel very fortunate Joy is here!!

- Victor Sanchez has been a fantastic property manager for us at Hollywood Regis. He has been professional, cordial, timely, and, above all, an advocate. In addition to his wealth of knowledge about rules and regulations, he goes above and beyond by connecting us to people and vendors when he doesn’t know something. His spirit and service to the community are astounding and are the reason why we enjoy being a member of the Hollywood Regis community.
- When issues in our home arose, he contacted us within minutes and found a slot in his schedule to visit and assess the problems we were having. Though some issues were beyond his wide-ranging expertise, he went out of his way to contact vendors, send them videos, and get their estimates and opinions.
- His patience and flexibility are profound. On a separate occasion, though we could not provide the requested 72-hour notice, he graciously accommodated us and walked us through the requisite procedure. Though he was done for the day and walking out, he took the time and energy beyond his work hours to help us resolve our predicament.
- His door is also usually open and when available to chat, is personable and friendly, creating a welcoming environment for us, vendors, and guests.
- He is an incredible advocate for every tenant, especially us, because he avails himself to help us resolve our issues. He is a professional problem solver, incredibly respectful, and delightful to work with. Thank you, Victor, for all that you do!

Our on site rep Joy Wei at Three Sixty has been fantastic! Whenever I have had a question or concern like pest control, a roof leak, building plumbing, etc., she and her colleagues have responded promptly and effectively. Joy has also been great at communicating what is being done, when it's to be done, and when it'll be complete-- I don't have to keep pinging her or PMP for updates. I've been very happy with PMP's performance, and they were a real upgrade from our previous management provider.

Having witnessed various Property Management companies navigate our community, my personal experience has been that PMP is top-tier. In no small part, our experience has been overwhelmingly positive due to our community manager, Joy Wei.

Joy's contribution to community is on display every day, always actively dealing with numerous tasks and crises of varying magnitudes with respect and efficiency.

Highly recommend this management company.... but don't even think about taking Joy from us 🙂

Tracy Hanson (a General Manager for PMP/Pell Place Condos) provides exceptional service. She is conscientious, hardworking and highly respected. She always makes the extra effort to communicate to the residents of the condo community with regard to upcoming projects, issues, etc. The property has never been better managed.
