Terrible customer service every time I’ve walked through the doors at the Albertville branch. My home note was sold to PnC bank and every time I visited this Albertville branch to inquire about my loan I was in disbelief how I was talked to by the tellers and made to wait for extended period of time to get simple information . I guess all the previous reviews speak for themselves. Do yourself a favor and choose another bank

Since changing over from BBVA in which I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and loved Compass, never a single issue, now the PNC app rarely works. It’s ridiculous you can’t login when you need to, gotta check trying and trying and checking back to get in. Doesn’t matter where I am, bbva app ALWAYS worked and 9 out of 10 times this PNC app doesn’t!!! Fix it!
